I once heard Marlene talk when I was a young pro and was blown away by all her accomplishments!2004 saw Marlene Stewart Streit inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame - the only Canadian to have earned that honour. Born in Alberta in 1932, Marlene learned to play golf at Lookout Point GC in Ontario. She has won more amateur titles and awards than any Canadian golfer and is still active today in promoting and growing the game of golf. #GolfCanada125

Here’s some great advice from my friend in Fredericton. Follow his page for more info to help your game. Connors GolfCheck your pressure and weight distribution at address. This a common discussion with clients.
Weight on toes: is very unstable and causes a change in position upon returning to the ball. This often causes the golfer to stand up and lose good golf posture, making it hard to get a good consistent centred strike.
Weight on heels: also unstable and causes golfer to move closer to the ball at impact. This causes shanks, pulls, hooks, etc. It leaves the golfer feeling “stuck” and creates a handsy or arms only swing.
Good even pressure leaves you in a good athletic position and set up for a nice consistent swing and strike. #trackman #trackmangolf #trackmancertified #mytpi #tpicertified #tpigolf #superspeedgolf #superspeedcertified #golfinstruction #growthegame #statisticalanalysis #fredericton #newbrunswick

Testimonials

Thank you, Sara, for your good instruction…  Over the past couple of years, my game had regressed to a point where I wasn’t really enjoying the sport as much.  However, now I am striking the ball better…Thank you again.
